Yesterday, a sea bass debate took place in House of Commons, UK. Former fisheries ministers and the present minister were among the speakers. Good to see politicians having good knowledge about the sea bass problem.
Good to hear MPs speaking strongly in favour of recreational angling, including some who propose converting the fishery to one dominated by recreational fishing as this 'is the only long-term solution that will protect our economic interests and give the fish a future', Mr Hollingbery said.
